    Diane Donnelly serves as President of The Donnelly Group with primary responsibility for the Seller’s Division. With more than 25 years of experience, her knowledge and expertise extend well beyond real estate.

    Diane’s career began in the lending industry first as a loan processor and then a loan officer. This experience gave her very unique perspective on the intricacies and challenges required to move a home through the buying and selling process from a financing perspective. This experience is one of the primary reasons Diane is able to navigate a sale forward when her counterparts are standing still. Diane later went on to work with a national builder and won a variety of awards and acceptance into the Burgundy Club (a prestigious achievement for the top 10% of the salespeople of the company). Diane continued to excel and was promoted to various leadership positions in Sales Training and Sales Management.

    In 2007, Diane formed The Donnelly Group with the goal of providing clients with a unique team strategy – allowing clients to access full-time dedicated agents in buyer or seller divisions. This business model offers agents that are experienced, trained and dedicated specifically to the unique needs and negotiation requirements for buyers vs. sellers.

    Andrea Loretangeli has been in real estate since 1996 and leads the buyers division of The Donnelly Group. In this role, she oversees all activities surrounding the process of buying a home.

    Andrea has an extensive background in real estate and new construction. During her career, she has held a number of leadership roles in Sales and Marketing with a national builder, where she also won many top awards for volume and customer service.

    Andrea has a very strong commitment to customer service and strives to understand each customer’s unique needs so that she can provide a pleasurable buying experience for her clients. She fully respects and understands that the process of buying a home is often one of the biggest investment decisions that most families make, and Andrea is committed to making the process as easy as possible.

    Andrea also volunteers her time throughout the year as a guest speaker for local home buying workshops. These workshops provide first-time home buyers the tools, resources and education they need to feel confident when making their first-time home purchase. “This part of my business is particularly rewarding because it allows me to watch my clients experience the power of the American Dream coming true. There is nothing more enjoyable than handing someone the keys to their very first home!” Andrea is also a proud cancer survivor, mom of two fur babies, and an avid boater and sports fan!
