As we reside out of state, this could have been difficult, but the Donnelly Group is exceptionally well organized and their use of Docusign made taking care of all necessary paperwork while out of state a piece of cake! Our home was empty while on the market; Diane made sure that someone came by from time to time to ensure our home was secure (doors/windows locked up at showings).
