In 2007, Diane Donnelly formed The Donnelly Group to create an innovative team strategy that would provide clients with agents dedicated specifically to the unique needs of buyers and sellers. In their spare time, Diane and the team devote a tremendous amount of time to dog adoption and transport services. She has volunteered time and resources to support the AA SPCA, the Senior Dog Sanctuary, and transports dogs from high-kill shelters to foster homes for adoption.     Diane Donnelly serves as President of The Donnelly Group with primary responsibility for the Seller’s Division. With more than 25 years of experience, her knowledge and expertise extend well beyond real estate.

    Diane’s career began in the lending industry first as a loan processor and then a loan officer. This experience gave her very unique perspective on the intricacies and challenges required to move a home through the buying and selling process from a financing perspective. This experience is one of the primary reasons Diane is able to navigate a sale forward when her counterparts are standing still. Diane later went on to work with a national builder and won a variety of awards and acceptance into the Burgundy Club (a prestigious achievement for the top 10% of the salespeople of the company). Diane continued to excel and was promoted to various leadership positions in Sales Training and Sales Management.

    In 2007, Diane formed The Donnelly Group with the goal of providing clients with a unique team strategy – allowing clients to access full-time dedicated agents in buyer or seller divisions. This business model offers agents that are experienced, trained and dedicated specifically to the unique needs and negotiation requirements for buyers vs. sellers.
